En raison des liaisons \u03b2-2,1 entre les mol\u00e9cules de fructose, les FOS\/l&rsquo;inuline ne sont pas facilement dig\u00e9r\u00e9s dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure du tractus gastro-intestinal, ce qui leur permet d&rsquo;atteindre le c\u00f4lon o\u00f9 elles sont d\u00e9compos\u00e9es par des enzymes produites par certaines bact\u00e9ries (60).<\/p><p>Les FOS sont m\u00e9tabolis\u00e9s s\u00e9lectivement par des bact\u00e9ries b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques (62) et servent de source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 des esp\u00e8ces bact\u00e9riennes sp\u00e9cifiques, telles que <em>Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus<\/em> et <em>Bacteroides<\/em>, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 une flore intestinale saine (81). Des recherches ont montr\u00e9 que les FOS peuvent modifier efficacement le microbiote intestinal, avec une augmentation des bact\u00e9ries b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques et une diminution des bact\u00e9ries potentiellement nocives, telles que <em>Clostridium perfringens<\/em> (82, 87). De plus, des \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 scientifiquement que la suppl\u00e9mentation en FOS peut am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 immunitaire des chiots en influen\u00e7ant la production d&rsquo;immunoglobulines chez les m\u00e8res allaitantes (1).<\/p><p>Nutriliq utilise de la racine de chicor\u00e9e s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, une source riche en inuline. Des recherches men\u00e9es par Koz\u0142owska et al. (2015) (47) ont montr\u00e9 que la suppl\u00e9mentation en inuline dans l&rsquo;alimentation des chiens a un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur le microbiote intestinal. Cela se traduit par une augmentation des bact\u00e9ries b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques telles que les <em>Bifidobacterium<\/em>. De plus, l&rsquo;inuline favorise l&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 intestinale et a des effets positifs sur le m\u00e9tabolisme de l&rsquo;azote chez les chiens, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une r\u00e9duction de l&rsquo;odeur d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able des selles (36, 7).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d73ea7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2d73ea7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><b>MOS<\/b><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c60ab82 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c60ab82\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les parois cellulaires de la levure, connues sous le nom de mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS), sont des glucides non digestibles qui modulent le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et influencent les populations microbiennes dans l&rsquo;intestin. Le MOS agit comme un pr\u00e9biotique en emp\u00eachant les bact\u00e9ries nuisibles de s&rsquo;attacher \u00e0 la paroi intestinale et de s&rsquo;y \u00e9tablir. Cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du MOS contribue \u00e0 maintenir un environnement intestinal stable (83).<\/p><p>Les mannanes, \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels des MOS, augmentent les niveaux d&rsquo;immunoglobuline A dans le sang des chiens. Chez les chiens adultes, les MOS favorisent la sant\u00e9 intestinale en augmentant le nombre de lactobacilles et en r\u00e9duisant le nombre de bact\u00e9ries nocives dans les selles (83).<\/p><p>Dans les suppl\u00e9ments potentiels que Nutriliq peut composer, les parois cellulaires de la levure de bi\u00e8re r\u00e9elle (100% <em>Saccharomyces cerevisiae<\/em>) sont utilis\u00e9es, contenant un haut niveau de \u03b2-glucanes et de mannan-oligosaccharides. Cela a un impact positif sur le microbiome, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire et sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de liaison des pathog\u00e8nes et des mycotoxines (70). Les variantes de GOS les plus courantes, telles que les galactosyllactoses, se trouvent dans le colostrum et le lait de diff\u00e9rentes sources (58).<\/p><p>Les GOS ont un effet direct sur la paroi intestinale en interagissant avec les cellules \u00e9pith\u00e9liales, ce qui conduit \u00e0 une int\u00e9grit\u00e9 intestinale accrue et aide \u00e0 r\u00e9sister aux maladies inflammatoires intestinales. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que les GOS favorisent la croissance de bact\u00e9ries b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques telles que les Bifidobact\u00e9ries (17) et les Lactobacilles (42). Ces bact\u00e9ries produisent des acides gras \u00e0 cha\u00eene courte (15, 50) qui servent de source d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (9), inhibent les pathog\u00e8nes potentiels par leur action antimicrobienne (86), am\u00e9liorent la d\u00e9fense immunitaire (69), favorisent la morphologie de la muqueuse intestinale (19) et stimulent l&rsquo;absorption des min\u00e9raux dans le c\u00f4lon. Ainsi, les GOS favorisent la fermentation des glucides et ont des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9 intestinale en am\u00e9liorant la composition de la microbiote intestinale (24).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5459b02 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5459b02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Probiotiques: Le potentiel b\u00e9n\u00e9fique des micro-organismes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03449e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"03449e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les probiotiques sont des colonies vivantes de micro-organismes qui, lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation, favorisent l&rsquo;h\u00f4te en r\u00e9gulant la composition de la microbiote intestinale en faveur des micro-organismes non pathog\u00e8nes (34, 16).<\/p><p>Ces colonies sont des souches s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es des m\u00eames esp\u00e8ces bact\u00e9riennes b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques qui sont sp\u00e9cifiquement soutenues par des pr\u00e9biotiques. Alors que les pr\u00e9biotiques agissent comme sources de nutriments pour des micro-organismes sp\u00e9cifiques, et ainsi influent sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de la microbiote intestinale, les probiotiques ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 leur efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 modifier l&rsquo;environnement microbien du c\u00f4lon en tant que source directe de micro-organismes b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. Ceci est d\u00fb \u00e0 leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 survivre \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;estomac et l&rsquo;intestin gr\u00eale du chien (37, 54, 6).<\/p><p>Les probiotiques peuvent inhiber le d\u00e9veloppement de bact\u00e9ries pathog\u00e8nes en comp\u00e9tition pour les nutriments et les sites de liaison dans l&rsquo;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium intestinal, en stimulant le syst\u00e8me immunitaire de l&rsquo;h\u00f4te, en produisant des substances antimicrobiennes et en acidifiant les intestins par la production d&rsquo;acides, notamment de l&rsquo;acide lactique. De plus, les probiotiques synth\u00e9tisent des vitamines, des enzymes et des acides gras \u00e0 cha\u00eene courte, dont l&rsquo;h\u00f4te b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie (39, 84, 76).<\/p><p>Nutriliq travaille avec trois types de probiotiques: <em>Bacillus subtilis, Lactobacillus acidophillus<\/em> et <em>Enterococcus faecium<\/em>. Cette souche offre une protection solide contre les agents pathog\u00e8nes et favorise une digestion optimale (79). Les bact\u00e9ries <em>Bacillus<\/em> sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques car elles forment des spores, ce qui les rend plus r\u00e9sistantes au stress environnemental et aux pH acides dans le tractus gastro-intestinal (16). La souche C-3102 peut survivre \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 105\u00b0C), m\u00eame dans des conditions de production vari\u00e9es (79).<\/p><p>Deux \u00e9tudes montrent que l&rsquo;utilisation de <em>B. subtilis<\/em> am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 des selles chez les chiens, notamment en r\u00e9duisant la diarrh\u00e9e chronique (65) et en am\u00e9liorant la texture, l&rsquo;odeur et la composition des selles. De plus, cela r\u00e9duit le taux d&rsquo;ammoniac, ce qui indique une diminution des processus de pourriture intestinale (34).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe228ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fe228ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Lactobacillus acidophilus CECT 4529<\/strong><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab2c3d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ab2c3d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nous utilisons \u00e9galement <em>Lactobacillus acidophilus<\/em> CECT 4529, une bact\u00e9rie en forme de b\u00e2tonnet ana\u00e9robie et non sporul\u00e9e qui produit de l&rsquo;acide lactique. Cela am\u00e9liore la consistance des selles et contribue \u00e0 une flore intestinale saine. De plus, <em>L. acidophilus<\/em> a un impact positif sur la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire locale et prot\u00e8ge la paroi intestinale contre les bact\u00e9ries nuisibles (33).<\/p><p>Des \u00e9tudes indiquent que la suppl\u00e9mentation en <em>L. acidophilus<\/em> entra\u00eene une augmentation du nombre de lactobacilles dans les selles, ce qui peut aider \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les chiens contre les infections caus\u00e9es par des <em>Clostridia<\/em>, tels que <em>C. difficile<\/em> et <em>C. perfringens<\/em>.
